This tea is well-known for its cooling properties and harmonizing and soothing qualities that help to decrease body heat and is recommended for those with fever, sore throat, and other heat-related illnesses. In traditional Chinese medicine, chrysanthemum tea is also used to treat the eyes, and is said to clear the liver and the eyes. It is believed to be effective in treating eye pain associated with stress.

    Brewing Tips:

    ?

    Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.?Use around 3 to 5 flowers for every 250ml of water. Steep

    tea leaves in hot water at 90°c (194°F) to 95°c (203°F) for 2 to 4 minutes. You may try brewing
